Civil works inside the plant boundary cover office and light commercial buildings plus ancillary facilities for operations and admin: guard houses, parking shelters, welfare areas and functional remodelling. BTH delivers to actual use cases and the client’s finishing requirements.
Scope may be new-build, interior/exterior refurbishment, room-function change or finish upgrades. In a plant environment, BTH accounts for internal traffic, construction safety and working hours to limit day-to-day disruption.
The outcome should be durable, maintainable space that fits plant house rules. Packages may combine with minor infrastructure or structural finishing when part of the same refurbishment scope.
