Install Cooling C6 control panel, terminations and site checks
BTH delivered the Cooling C6 control panel installation for Hiep Sung. Scope covered site installation of the cooling control panel: positioning, fixing, terminations and pre-operation checks. Works followed plant conditions, with electrical safety and coordination with the existing cooling/utility systems.
Relocate LAB/QC machines, utility disconnect/reconnect and finishing works
BTH delivered LAB and QC equipment relocation for Systeel Vietnam JSC, including dismantling, internal transport, re-installation and utility finishing for post-move operation. The goal was a safe move to the new location with limited equipment damage and reduced disruption to LAB/QC activities.
Install pumps, piping, access steelwork and pump control panels
BTH installed the water pump system for Hiep Sung, combining mechanical scope (pumps, piping, platforms) and electrical scope (control panels, VFDs, motor terminations). Works were executed on an operating plant with coordination and controls for rotating equipment and live electrical circuits.
Install overhead gas lines, supports and safe elevated works
BTH installed gas piping for Hiep Sung inside the plant, mainly overhead routes with supports and safe work-at-height methods. The package required coordination with existing utilities and strict control when working from scaffolding/structures.
Install, align and complete the auto doffer system on the production line
BTH delivered auto doffer installation for Seyounth on the production line. The package is precision mechanical installation at height, requiring rail/drive alignment and safe work near operating machines. Site photos show module install, alignment and connection works on the overhead system.
