Company Profile

Company overview

CÔNG TY TNHH CƠ KHÍ & XÂY DỰNG BTH, trading as BTH Engineering & Construction, is a technical contractor delivering electrical, mechanical and construction packages for industrial plants and workshops.

Work is organised against an agreed scope, with as-found surveys before execution, written method statements and inspection checklists. Where clients request an integrated package, electrical, mechanical and construction interfaces are coordinated on one programme to reduce site clashes and shorten shutdown windows.

Core strengths

  • Coordinated electrical, mechanical and construction packages on a shared plant footprint
  • Experience working inside operating facilities with zoning, permits and energy isolation
  • Quality and safety controls running in parallel with construction
  • Structured acceptance records: minutes, photos and as-built drawings by package
  • Responsive mobilisation across Dong Nai industrial parks and nearby areas

Typical clients include manufacturers, industrial parks, workshop retrofit owners and industrial utility packages that require multi-discipline coordination on one site.

Core disciplines

Capability is organised into three primary disciplines. Each may be contracted alone or combined in one package.

Industrial electrical

Installation and retrofit of power distribution, control and low-voltage systems for plants and workshops.

  • MSB, MDB and DB panels; cable routes; lighting; earthing
  • PLC/HMI control packages within contract scope
  • ELV systems: CCTV, access control, fire alarm interfaces
  • As-found surveys and checklist-based acceptance

Mechanical

Utility piping, equipment installation and relocation, auxiliary fabrication and maintenance packages.

  • Utility piping, supports and fittings
  • Equipment installation, relocation and alignment
  • Access platforms and auxiliary steelwork
  • Scheduled maintenance to agreed checklists

Industrial construction

Plant-side civil works: machine foundations, floors, service trenches and office fit-out inside operating facilities.

  • Machine foundations, anchor bolts and floor finishes
  • Service trenches and internal drainage
  • Office-block renovation inside live plants
  • Interface coordination with electrical and mechanical packages

Service scope

Typical work groups are summarised below. Actual scope follows each contract.

Group Main content Notes
Electrical Panels, cable tray, lighting, earthing, controls Suitable for live-plant retrofits when planned
Mechanical Utility piping, equipment, platforms, maintenance Lifting and alignment under approved methods
Construction Foundations, floors, trenches, industrial fit-out Dust zoning and safe access routes
Documentation Minutes, site photos, as-built drawings Per the handover scope in the contract

Delivery capability

BTH takes single-discipline packages or integrated electrical–mechanical–construction packages in the same plant area.

  • One technical owner for interfaces and open punch items
  • Method statements and inspection checklists approved before execution
  • Isolation and shutdown windows aligned with plant operations
  • Photos, minutes and as-built drawings filed by package code

Delivery process

A typical eight-step flow. Each step produces documents the client can use to track progress.

  1. 01
    Enquiry and scope
Capture requirements, programme constraints and live-plant conditions if any.
  2. 02
    As-found survey
Drawings, photos, safety constraints and interfaces with other packages.
  3. 03
    Method and inspection plan
Method statement, acceptance checklists and client approval flow.
  4. 04
    Mobilisation
Crew, materials, equipment and work zoning.
  5. 05
    Staged execution
Works inside shutdown or isolation windows; open-item list updates.
  6. 06
    Testing
Measurements and tests per contract with written records.
  7. 07
    Staged acceptance
Checklist close-out and residual items logged.
  8. 08
    Handover
As-built drawings, minutes, O&M documents when in scope, and warranty terms.

Health, safety and environment (HSE)

All site work follows client site rules and applicable regulations.

  • Start-of-shift toolbox talks and task-based risk assessment
  • PPE by work zone
  • Work permits for hot work, lifting, excavation and work at height
  • Energy isolation (LOTO) when working on panels or equipment
  • Stop-work authority when uncontrolled hazards appear
  • Dust, noise and egress control during live-plant renovation

Quality management (QA/QC)

Quality is controlled from incoming materials through staged acceptance.

  • Material certificates checked against contract requirements
  • Mandatory hold points per the approved inspection plan
  • Acceptance checklists with measurable or observable criteria
  • Annotated site photos linked to package codes
  • Open items tracked until closure

Acceptance and handover documents

The target is one coherent dossier aligned with contract scope.

  • Package or stage acceptance minutes
  • Test results when in scope
  • Annotated site photographs
  • As-built drawings for installed quantities
  • Equipment lists and O&M documents when contracted
