Install the C6 cooling-system control panel, complete cable terminations, and perform pre-operational checks.
BTH installed the C6 cooling-system control panel for Hiep Sung. The scope included panel positioning and fixing, cable terminations, and pre-operational checks.
Relocate laboratory and QC equipment, disconnect and reconnect utilities, and complete associated finishing works.
BTH delivered laboratory and QC equipment relocation for Systeel Vietnam JSC, including equipment dismantling, internal transport, reinstallation, utility reconnection and associated finishing works.
Install pumps, piping, access steelwork and pump control panels
BTH installed the water pump system for Hiep Sung, combining mechanical scope (pumps, piping, platforms) and electrical scope (control panels, VFDs, motor terminations). Works were executed on an operating plant with coordination and controls for rotating equipment and live electrical circuits.
Install overhead compressed-air piping and supports in accordance with the approved method statement.
BTH installed overhead compressed-air piping and supports inside the Hiep Sung plant, with coordination around existing utilities.
Install, align and complete the auto doffer system on the production line
BTH delivered the auto-doffer installation for Seyounth on the production line. The scope involved precision mechanical installation, including rail and drive alignment, within an operating production area.
Fewer coordination interfaces when electrical, mechanical and civil works are delivered within the same plant work area.
Work is planned around approved shutdown windows, controlled work zones and the client's permit-to-work system.
Inspection and acceptance records, site photographs and as-built documents are organised by work package for acceptance and archiving.
