Overview
Industrial construction focuses on production assets: factory buildings, warehouses, admin blocks, technical rooms, foundations and machine plinths, plus extension and refurbishment within the plant boundary. BTH builds from approved design dossiers and actual site conditions.
On operating plants, works are often staged with protection, dust/noise control and safe access to limit production impact. BTH prepares method statements and phased programmes and coordinates with electrical and mechanical packages where scopes meet (machine foundations, trenches, workshop floors).
Handover aims for usable facilities with staged acceptance records and as-built quantities. Scope may combine with structural/finishing or technical infrastructure when the client wants a single delivery interface.
