Capabilities

Execution capabilities

BTH organises capability along the real industrial delivery chain: enquiry and scope clarity; electrical–mechanical–civil as-found survey; method statements and ITP; manpower–material mobilisation inside shutdown windows; multi-discipline execution; site quality and safety control; acceptance and handover documentation. This page describes the working framework and capability groups; headcount, owned equipment lists and legal certificates are published only when confirmed — never as estimates.

Electrical, mechanical and construction coordination in an industrial plant.

Integrated delivery capability

BTH’s core strength is coordinated multi-scope delivery inside plants — where delays and variations often appear at electrical–mechanical–civil interfaces. Rather than isolated “electrical-only” or “mechanical-only” silos, BTH favours coordination drawings, shared isolation/shutdown plans, common work zones and a single punch-list owner when the contract allows an integrated package.

On site this means clear method statements, package-level acceptance checklists, incoming material control (MTC/COC), ITP hold-points, annotated photos and punch close-out through handover. Brownfield (live plant) work respects area PPE, permit-to-work, LOTO and stop-work authority. Claims about headcount, owned equipment or certificates are updated only when confirmed — no estimated figures on the website.

Reference service chain: industrial electrical (panels, trays, labelling); automation support (PLC/HMI, I/O commissioning); plant ELV when in scope; mechanical (machine moves, alignment, utility piping, platforms); scheduled mechanical maintenance; industrial construction (machine foundations, floors, trenches, office fit-out). Packages may be taken alone or combined per client need.

Engineering delivery

Drawing interpretation, method statements / ITP, as-built redlines, interface coordination before execution.

Discipline coordination

Electrical–mechanical–civil interfaces; isolation/shutdown schedules; dust zoning and shared routes with operations.

Site organisation

Shift manpower, weekly progress control, HSE toolbox, punch updates and site reporting.

Handover dossier

Acceptance minutes, tests when in scope, annotated photos, as-built and O&M documents per contract.

Project delivery process

Typical flow: (1) enquiry and scope — operations constraints; (2) site survey, photos, as-found drawings; (3) method statement / ITP for approval; (4) mobilise crew — materials — equipment; (5) staged works inside shutdown windows; (6) tests per scope; (7) staged acceptance and punch close-out; (8) dossier handover and warranty per contract. Each step has document outputs so the client can control progress without relying on verbal updates alone.

  1. 01
    Enquiry & scope
Capture requirements, programme constraints and live-plant conditions if any.
  2. 02
    As-found survey
Drawings, photos, safety constraints and interfaces with other packages.
  3. 03
    Method & ITP
Method statement, acceptance checklists and client approval flow.
  4. 04
    Mobilisation
Crew, materials, equipment and work zoning.
  5. 05
    Staged execution
Works inside shutdown windows; punch list updates.
  6. 06
    Testing
Measurements and tests per contract with records.
  7. 07
    Staged acceptance
ITP close-out and residual items logged.
  8. 08
    Handover
As-built, minutes, O&M notes (if in scope) and warranty per contract.

Key control points

  • Hold-points: do not skip ITP sign-off to “catch the window”.
  • Interface matrix: update when extra cable/pipe/foundation routes appear.
  • Punch list: one list, open/closed status, named owner.
  • As-built: redline within the agreed time after stage acceptance.
  • Warranty: terms and contact owner recorded on the handover minutes.

Inspection and handover documentation

Target pack: package/stage acceptance minutes; test results when in scope; annotated photos with package codes; as-built drawings for installed quantities; equipment lists and O&M notes when contracted; closed punch lists. Goal: one coherent dossier aligned with scope and ITP — not a last-day dump of unsorted PDFs.

  • Package/stage acceptance records
  • Test results where in scope
  • Annotated site photos
  • As-built drawings for installed quantities
  • Equipment list and O&M documents when contracted

Safety and quality in parallel with construction

HSE is not separate from engineering: toolbox, PPE, permits, LOTO and stop-work run with the method statement. QA/QC checks materials and hold-points before work is covered up (e.g. rebar before pour, circuit labels before tray lids). Late discoveries always cost more than timely control.

Geographic coverage and response

Head office in Dong Nai City; priority on Dong Nai industrial parks and nearby areas for same-day response when under contract. HCMC, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau considered project by project. Farther regions need logistics and mobilisation cost review before schedule commitments.

HSE — Health, safety & environment

Live-plant work requires zoning, PPE, toolbox talks, LOTO when needed and client permit-to-work rules. Safety runs with the method statement — not as an afterthought. See the HSE page for details.

QA/QC — Quality management

Incoming material control, approved methods and acceptance checklists run in parallel with construction. See the Quality page.

Capability areas

Integrated engineering capability

Electrical, mechanical and construction packages executed together within one facility or area; one interface matrix and package coding from survey to as-built.

Human resources

Headcount by technical field and labour mobilisation per project. Detailed numbers added when confirmed. (To be published when confirmed — no estimated figures.)

Engineering & supervision team

Site engineers/supervisors assigned per project; professional certificates published when permitted. Role descriptions (not name lists) appear on demo careers pages. (To be published when confirmed — no estimated figures.)

Equipment and tools

Welding machines, lifting gear, measuring and test instruments mobilised per package (owned or hired). Detailed ownership lists updated when confirmed. (To be published when confirmed — no estimated figures.)

Project management

Scope clarity, programmes tied to operations windows, periodic reporting, variation control and cost control per contract terms.

Brownfield site coordination
