Installation & Relocation
New machine installation, line relocation and re-installation: setting, alignment, electrical–mechanical–piping hook-up, commissioning and handover with minimum production downtime.
Overview
Installation and relocation covers setting new machines, dismantling–moving–reinstalling lines or equipment clusters, alignment to tolerance, electrical–mechanical–piping hook-up and commissioning before handover. The goal is completion inside the agreed shutdown window, limiting equipment damage and fit-up error.
BTH prepares lift plans, laydown areas, dismantle/install sequences, safety method statements and step checklists. On site, works include positioning, alignment, fixing, utility hook-up, safety checks and no-load/load runs per manufacturer guidance and client requirements.
Packages usually interface with foundations/plinths, power, automation and piping. BTH coordinates those hand-offs to avoid programme clashes. Handover includes alignment records, connection documentation and initial operating notes within the contract scope.
