Structural and finishing covers reinforced concrete, steel structures, walls, ceilings and floors, industrial coatings, waterproofing and finishes suited to production environments (dust, moisture, light chemicals, forklift loads — as found on site).
BTH builds to project drawings and specifications, controlling formwork–rebar–concrete, steel connections, floor flatness and coating layers through staged acceptance. Retrofits usually include as-found survey, local strengthening and phasing so the plant can keep running.
This scope often meets machine foundations, pipe penetrations and electrical routes. BTH coordinates openings, sleeves and embeds to reduce later cutting. Handover includes staged inspection records and as-built notes for the structural/finish layers in package.
