CÔNG TY TNHH CƠ KHÍ & XÂY DỰNG BTH (thương hiệu BTH Engineering & Construction) là nhà thầu thi công kỹ thuật, cung cấp các hạng mục điện, cơ khí và xây dựng cho nhà máy, nhà xưởng và công trình công nghiệp.

CÔNG TY TNHH CƠ KHÍ & XÂY DỰNG BTH, trading as BTH Engineering & Construction, is an engineering and construction contractor delivering electrical, mechanical and civil works for factories and industrial facilities.

BTH tổ chức công việc theo phạm vi đã thống nhất; khảo sát hiện trạng, lập biện pháp thi công và chuẩn bị kế hoạch kiểm tra, nghiệm thu trước khi triển khai. Đối với gói tích hợp, các hạng mục điện, cơ khí và xây dựng được điều phối theo một tiến độ thống nhất nhằm hạn chế xung đột hiện trường và thời gian dừng máy.

BTH plans and executes work in accordance with the agreed scope, including existing-condition surveys, method statements, and inspection and acceptance plans. For integrated packages, electrical, mechanical and civil interfaces are coordinated under a single schedule to minimise site clashes and plant downtime.

BTH's capabilities are organised into three core disciplines. Each discipline may be delivered as a standalone scope or combined within an integrated package.

Điện công nghiệp Industrial electrical

Triển khai và cải tạo hệ thống điện, điều khiển và hệ thống điện nhẹ (ELV) cho nhà máy và nhà xưởng.

Installation and retrofit of power distribution, control and extra-low-voltage (ELV) systems for factories and industrial buildings.

• Lắp đặt và cải tạo tủ MSB, MDB, DB; hệ thống máng cáp và cáp điện; chiếu sáng; tiếp địa. Installation and modification of MSB, MDB and DB panels; cable containment and cabling; lighting; earthing.
• Hệ điều khiển PLC/HMI theo phạm vi hợp đồng PLC/HMI control packages within contract scope
• Hệ thống điện nhẹ: CCTV, kiểm soát ra vào và giao diện báo cháy. ELV systems: CCTV, access control and fire-alarm interfaces.
• Khảo sát hiện trạng; kiểm tra và nghiệm thu theo danh mục đã duyệt. Existing-condition surveys and checklist-based inspection and acceptance.

Đường ống tiện ích, lắp đặt và di dời thiết bị, gia công kết cấu thép phụ trợ và bảo trì theo phạm vi hợp đồng.

BTH thực hiện các gói thầu riêng lẻ theo từng lĩnh vực hoặc gói tích hợp điện, cơ khí và xây dựng trong cùng khu vực nhà máy.

BTH delivers standalone discipline packages or integrated electrical, mechanical and civil works within the same plant area.

• Một đầu mối kỹ thuật điều phối giao diện và theo dõi danh sách công việc còn tồn đọng. A single technical focal point coordinates interfaces and tracks outstanding punch-list items.
• Biện pháp thi công và danh mục kiểm tra, nghiệm thu được trình duyệt trước khi triển khai. Method statements and inspection and acceptance checklists are submitted for approval before execution.
• Lịch cắt điện hoặc dừng máy thống nhất với vận hành nhà máy Isolation and shutdown windows aligned with plant operations
• Ảnh hiện trường, biên bản nghiệm thu và bản vẽ hoàn công được lưu theo mã hạng mục. Site photographs, inspection and acceptance records, and as-built drawings are filed by work-item reference.

   Tiếp nhận và làm rõ phạm vi Requirement intake and scope clarification

   Ghi nhận yêu cầu, ràng buộc tiến độ và điều kiện nhà máy đang vận hành (nếu có). Capture requirements, programme constraints and operating-plant conditions, where applicable.
2. 02
   Khảo sát hiện trạng Existing-condition survey

   Thu thập sơ đồ, ảnh, ràng buộc an toàn và giao diện với hạng mục khác. Collect drawings, site photographs, safety constraints and interfaces with other packages.

   Biện pháp thi công và kế hoạch kiểm tra Method statement and inspection plan

   Lập biện pháp thi công, danh mục nghiệm thu và trình duyệt theo quy trình chủ đầu tư. Prepare the method statement and inspection and acceptance checklists for submission under the client's approval process.
4. 04
   Huy động Mobilisation

   Nhân lực, vật tư, thiết bị và phân vùng thi công. Mobilise personnel, materials and equipment, and establish controlled work zones.

   Thi công theo giai đoạn Staged execution

   Triển khai theo cửa sổ dừng máy hoặc cắt điện; cập nhật danh sách hạng mục còn mở. Execute within approved shutdown or isolation windows and update the outstanding-items list.

   Thí nghiệm và kiểm tra Testing and inspection

   Đo đạc, thí nghiệm theo phạm vi hợp đồng và lập biên bản. Perform measurements, inspections and tests within the contract scope, with documented results.

   Nghiệm thu giai đoạn Stage acceptance

   Đối chiếu danh mục kiểm tra, xác nhận hạng mục đạt yêu cầu, ghi nhận các hạng mục còn tồn đọng. Review the approved checklist, confirm compliant work and record outstanding items.
8. 08
   Bàn giao hồ sơ Document handover

   Bản vẽ hoàn công, biên bản, tài liệu vận hành – bảo trì (nếu thuộc phạm vi) và điều khoản bảo hành. Submit as-built drawings, inspection and acceptance records, O&M documents where included in the scope, and applicable warranty documentation.

The acceptance and handover dossier is compiled as a coherent set aligned with the contract scope.

BTH lắp đặt hệ thống máy bơm nước cho Công ty Hiệp Sung, kết hợp cơ khí (cụm bơm, đường ống, sàn thao tác) và điện (tủ điều khiển, biến tần, đấu nối động cơ). Hạng mục triển khai trên hiện trường nhà máy, có phối hợp vận hành và biện pháp an toàn khi làm việc với thiết bị quay và mạch điện.

BTH installed the water pump system for Hiep Sung, combining mechanical scope (pumps, piping, platforms) and electrical scope (control panels, VFDs, motor terminations). Works were executed on an operating plant with coordination and controls for rotating equipment and live electrical circuits.
