On plant projects, schedule and quality often break at the interfaces between work packages. BTH takes responsibility for clarifying scope, coordinating the site and packaging the handover dossier from the start.

How we view the work

BTH focuses on electrical, mechanical and construction packages for industrial plants and facilities. Each enquiry starts with a site survey and an agreed scope and operating constraints before quotation. The goal is fewer interface disputes, less rework and safer execution in live production areas.

Commitments to clients and the site

Before execution, BTH prepares method statements, safety plans and inspection checklists for each package. During the works, pre-shift toolbox meetings, incoming material control and hold-points are recorded. At handover, the pack includes acceptance records, test results, as-built drawings and equipment documents within the contract scope.

Development direction

BTH prioritises multi-package coordination capability, standardised HSE and QA/QC processes, and site teams familiar with FDI plant environments in Dong Nai and nearby areas. Headcount, certificates and equipment lists are published only when officially approved data is available.
