Supervise industrial construction: machine foundations, floors, trenches, office fit-out in live plants.

Key responsibilities
- Check survey, formwork, rebar before pour
- Control dust and brownfield zoning
- Keep site diary and photos
- Coordinate electrical–mechanical interfaces
- Drive fit-out punch lists
- Protect egress routes during strip-out
Requirements
- Civil / construction background
- Read structural and architectural drawings
- Plant / industrial-park experience preferred
- Basic excavation and work-at-height HSE
- Clear progress reporting
- Can enforce hold-points without cutting corners
Location & type
Reference location: Dong Nai and nearby industrial parks. Type: full-time / project-based. Headcount: per hiring round.
Working environment
Industrial plant sites: area PPE, start-of-shift toolbox, possible project shifts and shutdown windows. Candidates should be ready to move between sites in-province when assigned.
