Key responsibilities
- Lead/support start-of-shift toolbox
- Check PPE and work permits
- Observe site, log near-misses
- Coordinate LOTO with engineering
- Periodic HSE reports per project form
- Escalate stop-work when uncontrolled hazards appear
Requirements
- Occupational safety / HSE certificate preferred
- Understand industrial plant risks
- Assertive yet respectful communication
- Willing to work multi-shift sites
- Clear note-taking and reporting
- Can coach subcontractors on basic rules
Location & type
Reference location: Dong Nai and nearby industrial parks. Type: full-time / project-based. Headcount: per hiring round.
Working environment
Industrial plant sites: area PPE, start-of-shift toolbox, possible project shifts and shutdown windows. Candidates should be ready to move between sites in-province when assigned.
