HSE Officer

Key responsibilities

  • Lead/support start-of-shift toolbox
  • Check PPE and work permits
  • Observe site, log near-misses
  • Coordinate LOTO with engineering
  • Periodic HSE reports per project form
  • Escalate stop-work when uncontrolled hazards appear

Requirements

  • Occupational safety / HSE certificate preferred
  • Understand industrial plant risks
  • Assertive yet respectful communication
  • Willing to work multi-shift sites
  • Clear note-taking and reporting
  • Can coach subcontractors on basic rules

Location & type

Reference location: Dong Nai and nearby industrial parks. Type: full-time / project-based. Headcount: per hiring round.

Working environment

Industrial plant sites: area PPE, start-of-shift toolbox, possible project shifts and shutdown windows. Candidates should be ready to move between sites in-province when assigned.
