Overview
BTH delivered LAB and QC equipment relocation for Systeel Vietnam JSC, including dismantling, internal transport, re-installation and utility finishing for post-move operation.
The goal was a safe move to the new location with limited equipment damage and reduced disruption to LAB/QC activities.
Scope
- As-found survey and dismantle/install sequence
- Dismantle LAB/QC equipment, protect and move on site
- Re-install and align at the new location
- Complete related piping, utilities and ancillary works
Execution
Works were staged: isolate utilities → dismantle → transfer → re-install → reconnect → check. External items (pipes, façade vents) were finished in parallel when access allowed.
HSE & quality
Lift control, protection of sensitive instruments and segregated work areas. After install, mechanical connections, utilities and housekeeping were reviewed before handover.
