BTH delivered auto doffer installation for Seyounth on the production line. The package is precision mechanical installation at height, requiring rail/drive alignment and safe work near operating machines.

Scope
- Install auto doffer structure and modules
- Align rails, drive elements and operating assemblies
- Complete mechanical connections and motion checks
- Coordinate with line operations on site
Execution
The crew worked section by section: position → fasten → align → travel check. Safe methods were applied for elevated work and proximity to moving equipment.
HSE & quality
PPE, control of the drop zone under elevated work and tool control near machines. After install, bolt torque, clearances and interference-free motion were reviewed before operational handover.
