Overview
BTH installed gas piping for Hiep Sung inside the plant, mainly overhead routes with supports and safe work-at-height methods.
The package required coordination with existing utilities and strict control when working from scaffolding/structures.
Scope
- Route and install overhead gas lines
- Fabricate/install supports tied to the building structure
- Join sections, align routes and finish connections
- Site inspection and work-area clean-up
Execution
After route survey, the crew set access, lifted pipe into position, fixed supports and completed joints. Site photos record both the line and elevated installation work.
HSE & quality
Full PPE, fall protection at height and dropped-object control. Support fixings, alignment and joint condition were checked before handover.
