Overview
BTH installed the water pump system for Hiep Sung, combining mechanical scope (pumps, piping, platforms) and electrical scope (control panels, VFDs, motor terminations).
Works were executed on an operating plant with coordination and controls for rotating equipment and live electrical circuits.
Scope
- Install pump sets and motors
- Piping, valves and support/access steelwork
- Control panels, VFDs and power terminations
- Alignment, rotation checks and functional trial
Execution
Mechanical (pumps, pipes, supports) and electrical (panels, VFDs, motor cables) ran in parallel. Motor terminals, glanding and panel checks followed a safe sequence before load.
HSE & quality
PPE, platform work control and LOTO where required. Flange tightness, motor rotation, panel wiring and housekeeping were checked before handover.
