Overview
BTH delivered the Cooling C6 control panel installation for Hiep Sung. Scope covered site installation of the cooling control panel: positioning, fixing, terminations and pre-operation checks.
Works followed plant conditions, with electrical safety and coordination with the existing cooling/utility systems.
Scope
- Position and install the Cooling C6 panel
- Terminate control and power circuits as found
- Check signals, indicators and basic operating modes
- Label, clean down and hand over on site
Execution
After survey of location and cable routes, the crew set the panel, completed containment into the cabinet, terminated to drawings and checked step by step. Live work followed the method statement and plant coordination.
HSE & quality
PPE, control of open panels and no lone work on live circuits. Termination quality, phase/colour checks and site photo records after installation.
